Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy.

30-Day Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund — no questions asked. The device must be returned in the same condition as received.

How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@ithaven.uk or use our Contact page to request a return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid returns label by email within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the device securely and drop it at your nearest post office or collection point.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Faulty Devices

If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, please see our Warranty page. Faulty devices are covered separately and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been damaged by the customer, or where accessories have been used/removed, may not be eligible for a full refund. We assess each case individually and aim to be fair.
