What does refurbished mean?

Refurbished means a device has been returned, inspected, cleaned, tested, and restored to full working condition. Every ithaven device is graded and guaranteed to work perfectly.

What are your grades?

Grade A – Excellent condition. Minimal to no signs of use. Screen pristine, chassis near-perfect.

Grade B – Good condition. Light scratches on the chassis, screen spotless. Fully functional.

Grade C – Fair condition. Visible wear, possibly a screen mark. Everything works perfectly.

Do devices come with a warranty?

Yes. Every device includes a 12-month warranty covering hardware faults. See our Warranty page for full details.

Can I return a device?

Yes – we offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy. See our Returns page for details.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout. All orders include tracking.

Are smartphones unlocked?

Yes. All smartphones sold by ithaven are fully unlocked and work with any UK network.

Do devices come with accessories?

Devices come with a compatible charging cable. Original boxes may not be included unless stated in the listing.
