ithaven.uk was founded in Bristol by Kris S. — an IT professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience repairing, building, and supporting computers, laptops, servers and high-end systems. We realised that while many companies sell used tech, very few provide the expert-level assurance that professional users and families genuinely need.
That experience runs deep: years inside an international data centre, working up through every line of IT support — from front-line helpdesk to senior engineering — plus networking and systems support and consultancy for businesses of every size. And behind it all, a normal person who simply wants good equipment, honest advice and proper service — which is exactly what we promise you.
With 25+ years of IT expertise, we carefully select and vet our suppliers against strict quality standards — so you get the expert-level assurance you need, without the premium new price.
Every supplier we work with must meet our technical standard before we list their devices for sale. This isn't a tick-box exercise — it's the same criteria we would apply when sourcing hardware for a professional IT environment.

We specialise in business-grade laptops — ThinkPads, Dell Latitudes, HP EliteBooks — and there's a deliberate reason for that.
