Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with IT Haven you agree to these terms. All products are refurbished unless stated otherwise. Grades (A/B/C) describe cosmetic condition only — all devices are fully tested and functional before sale.

IT Haven is a trading name of The Haven Family Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the data necessary to process your order: name, address, email, and payment information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for order fulfilment (shipping carriers) and payment processing (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay).

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@ithaven.uk.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, return the device in its original condition for a full refund — no questions asked. All devices also carry a 12-month warranty against hardware defects.

To start a return, email returns@ithaven.uk with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Warranty

Every IT Haven device includes a 12-month warranty covering hardware faults. This warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage caused after purchase. At our discretion we will repair or replace the device free of charge.

Condition Grades

AExcellent — minimal signs of use, looks nearly new.

BGood — light surface scratches, fully functional.

CFair — visible wear marks, fully tested and working.

All grades are fully wiped, reset, and tested before dispatch.
