Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with ithaven.uk you agree to our Terms of Sale. All products are refurbished unless stated otherwise. Grades (A/B/C) describe cosmetic condition only — all devices are fully tested and functional before sale.

All prices are in GBP. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the data necessary to process your order: name, address, email, and payment information. We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to fulfil your order — with delivery carriers and payment processors — and we follow UK GDPR. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time, and to complain to the ICO. Contact us at hello@ithaven.uk.

Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for a full refund — your legal cooling-off right for online purchases. The device should come back in the condition you received it, with all accessories.

Faulty device? Within 30 days of delivery you may reject it for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. After 30 days, our warranty applies. Return postage for faulty items is always on us.

Warranty

Every device includes a warranty covering hardware faults. It does not cover accidental or liquid damage, cosmetic wear declared in the grade, or repairs attempted by third parties. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase, and back up your data before any return — we are not able to recover data from returned devices. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.

Condition Grades

All grades are fully wiped, reset, and tested before dispatch.
