Every device sold by ithaven.uk comes with a 12-month warranty covering hardware faults. We stand behind every device we sell.
What Is Covered
- Hardware failures and manufacturing defects
- Battery faults (significant capacity loss within warranty period)
- Screen faults not caused by physical damage
- Any component failure under normal use
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by the customer (cracked screens, liquid damage)
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear (minor cosmetic marks)
- Lost or stolen devices
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at warranty@ithaven.uk or via our Contact page.
- Describe the fault and include your order number.
- We will assess the issue and advise on next steps — usually within 1 business day.
- If confirmed as a hardware fault, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Warranty Period
The 12-month warranty starts from the date of delivery. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
