Every device sold by ithaven.uk comes with a 12-month warranty covering hardware faults. We stand behind every device we sell.

What Is Covered

  • Hardware failures and manufacturing defects
  • Battery faults (significant capacity loss within warranty period)
  • Screen faults not caused by physical damage
  • Any component failure under normal use

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused by the customer (cracked screens, liquid damage)
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (minor cosmetic marks)
  • Lost or stolen devices

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at warranty@ithaven.uk or via our Contact page.
  2. Describe the fault and include your order number.
  3. We will assess the issue and advise on next steps — usually within 1 business day.
  4. If confirmed as a hardware fault, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Warranty Period

The 12-month warranty starts from the date of delivery. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
