Our Warranty — Plain and Simple

Every device we sell is covered by our warranty from the day it arrives. If something goes wrong through no fault of yours, we put it right — repair, replacement or refund.

1

Tell us what's wrong

Email us or use the contact page. Describe the problem in your own words — no technical language needed.

2

Post it back — free

We email you a prepaid return label. Drop the parcel at your nearest Post Office; the postage costs you nothing.

3

Repair, replace or refund

We test the device within 2 working days of arrival and either fix it, send a replacement, or refund you in full — your choice where possible.

What the warranty covers

In short: if the device stops working properly under normal use, it's covered. The detail:

Covered

  • Hardware failures and manufacturing defects
  • Battery faults — including capacity dropping well below normal within the warranty period
  • Screen faults not caused by a knock or drop
  • Keyboard, trackpad, ports, speakers, camera — any component failing under normal use
  • Wi-Fi or Bluetooth stopping working

Not covered

  • Accidental damage — drops, knocks, cracked screens
  • Liquid damage (spilled tea counts, sadly)
  • Cosmetic marks that were declared in the grade when you bought it
  • Software problems caused by apps or viruses installed after delivery
  • Repairs attempted by someone other than us

Not sure if your problem is covered? Ask us anyway. We'd rather look at it and tell you honestly than have you sit at home worrying. Asking costs nothing.

A word about batteries

Batteries wear gradually with use, and that slow, normal decline isn't a fault. But if your battery suddenly drains within an hour or stops charging altogether, that is a fault — and it's covered by your warranty. If you'd like to know a particular device's battery condition before you buy, just ask and we'll find out for you.

This warranty is on top of your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, anything we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a device is faulty, you have the right to reject it for a full refund within 30 days. After that, we get one chance to repair or replace before you can ask for a refund. You also have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases — you can return a device simply because you've changed your mind.

Nothing in our warranty takes any of that away. It simply adds to it — most importantly by extending fault cover beyond the first 30 days with our own warranty.

Two things before you send a device back: keep your order confirmation email — it's your proof of purchase — and back up your photos and files first. Every returned device is securely wiped on arrival, and once that's done, nothing on it can be recovered.
