Does ithaven.uk store my card details?
No. Your card number, expiry date, and CVV are processed entirely by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. This data never passes through or is stored on ithaven.uk systems at any point.
What personal data do you hold?
To fulfil your order we store your name, delivery address, email address, and order history in our secure order management system. This is the minimum required to ship your purchase and provide after-sales support. We do not hold your payment card details, and we never sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes. What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check) is an extra authentication step that verifies it's really you making the purchase — typically via your banking app or a one-time code. It significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised transactions.
What if an unauthorised charge appears?
Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge. You are protected by your card issuer's fraud liability policy. You can also reach us at hello@ithaven.uk and we will cooperate fully with any investigation.
